Pricing

The cost of shipping software has collapsed.
Our invoices reflect that.

A small senior team with modern AI tooling moves at a fraction of the time — and a fraction of the cost — of a staffed-up consultancy. Here’s what recent builds actually cost, next to what the same scope would be quoted at by a typical agency.

Hourly

Weekly invoices, itemized by task. Start and stop whenever the problem does.

Scoped

Fixed deliverable, fixed budget. Priced against the same hourly rate — if we ship under, we split the saving with you.

Retainer

A block of hours per month for ongoing automation, maintenance, and platform work.

Example builds Real scopes · Real numbers

Three builds.
Three orders of magnitude less than the quote you expected.

Prices below are representative of scopes we’ve recently shipped. Your project will be quoted against its own scope — but these are the shape of it.

01
Business Automation

Slack channel → tracked spreadsheet

Watch a Slack channel (e.g. #customer-issues). Every new message becomes a row in Google Sheets with status, owner, and timestamp. Status stays in sync as the thread is triaged, resolved, and closed. Daily digest back to Slack or email.

What’s in scope
  • Slack app + permissioned install
  • Google Sheets two-way sync
  • Status state machine (open → in-progress → resolved)
  • One-page admin to edit fields without touching code
  • Handover doc so your team can extend it
Timeline
~1 day
Our price
₹10,000
~$120
Typical agency quote: $3,000 – $6,000
02
Business Automation

AI-assisted support ticket triage

Every new ticket in Intercom or Zendesk is auto-classified by topic, scored by urgency, routed to the right team, and paired with a draft reply your agent can edit and send in a click. Learns from your past tickets — not generic GPT.

What’s in scope
  • Category + urgency classifier trained on your history
  • Routing rules per team and SLA
  • Draft reply generation with tone-match to past responses
  • Weekly report: volume, leak-through, agent override rate
  • Ongoing tuning for 2 weeks post-launch
Timeline
~3–4 days
Our price
₹25,000
~$300
Typical agency quote: $10,000 – $15,000
03
Field Ops

Android field-sales app → HubSpot

Native Android app for sales reps visiting customer sites. Capture visit notes, photos, and a signed visit confirmation; auto-sync to HubSpot as activities, tasks, and deal updates. View assigned site list, past visits, and next actions. HubSpot stays the source of truth — no separate backend to babysit.

What’s in scope
  • Offline-first local store, background sync on reconnect
  • Photo + signature capture with compression
  • HubSpot two-way sync (contacts, companies, deals, activities)
  • Rep-scoped site list + visit history
  • Play Store submission + internal-testing track
Timeline
~1–2 weeks
Our price
₹50,000
~$600
Typical agency quote: $25,000 – $50,000

Prices exclude third-party SaaS costs (Slack, HubSpot, OpenAI tokens, hosting, etc.) — those are billed directly to you. INR is the authoritative number; USD is a rounded conversion at ₹83 / $1.

Why this works

These aren’t discounts.
It’s what the work actually costs now.

Most agencies still price for a world where software took a quarter to ship and a team of six to maintain. We don’t. We pass the efficiency straight through to you.

Senior engineers only

No juniors learning on your invoice. Every line of code on your project is written by someone who has shipped similar systems before.

AI-native workflow

We use modern AI tooling — not as a gimmick, but as the default way we write code, draft docs, and iterate on design. It turns weeks into days.

No overhead to absorb

No sales team, no account managers, no office, no bench of underutilized talent. Every rupee you pay funds the hours that show up in your product.

Reusable internal scaffolding

We’ve built the same plumbing — auth, CRUD, integrations, queues, observability — dozens of times. You get that library for free; we only charge for the part that’s actually your problem.

Boring, reliable stacks

We pick tooling that will still be here in three years. No novelty tax, no rewrite six months later, no framework-of-the-month maintenance bills.

Fixed scope, shared savings

On scoped projects, we price against the same hourly rate. If we finish faster than quoted — which we usually do — we split the saving with you instead of keeping it as margin.

The fine print

What these prices don’t cover.

Heavy enterprise procurement cycles — MSAs, security questionnaires, pen-test reports, DPIA docs — are billed separately on a time-and-materials basis. We do them; they just take real hours.

Third-party SaaS, API, and hosting costs are pass-through. You pay the vendor directly so nothing is hidden in a markup.

24/7 on-call and hard SLAs aren’t the default. If you need them, we set up a retainer with named response windows and price it separately.

A price this lean only works when scope is honest. If something material changes mid-build, we’ll flag it, re-quote the delta, and you decide whether to proceed.

Next step

Describe the build. We’ll send back a scoped quote within two working days.

A Loom, a short email, or a one-line problem statement is enough. If it’s adjacent to what we’ve shown here, we’ll quote it; if it’s not, we’ll tell you honestly.
